Records Request
To request records from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, download our Records Request Form below and return it by either mail or fax.
Fees:
- Report: $5.00 for each separate case report including copies of first 10 pages of report. Each additional page is 50¢
- Mug shots: $5.00 per mug shot
- Case photographs: $2.50 per photo or $15 per CD
- Case reports for persons indexed as a victim in the report are free
