Mission, Vision and Objectives:
The mission of Colorado State University and Golden Plains Area Cooperative Extension is "to provide information and education, and encourages the application of research-based knowledge in response to local, state and national issues affecting individuals, youth, families, agricultural enterprises and communities of Colorado."
The vision of Golden Plains Area Cooperative Extension is "to enhance the well-being of individuals, families and communities within the Golden Plains Area by communicating research-based information and technology for decision making."
Objectives of the Golden Plains Area Cooperative Extension Program include work with all community leaders and residents in the Golden Plains Area to enhance the sustainability and well being of individuals, families, businesses and communities.
